Autistic Children
Autistic Children - Ages 7-12
3 x week for 4 weeks for 20 minutes
Then 2x week for 6 months+ keep track of progress and do test
If progressing well continue 2 x week thereafter*
If you saw better progress at 3 x week, then go back to 3 x week until you feel you can go to 2 x week.
Autistic Teens - Ages 13 - 15
3 x week for 4 weeks 25 minutes Then 2 x week for 6 months+ keep track of progress and do tests
If progressing well continue 2 x week for 1 year and then reevaluate.
Autistic Young Adults - Ages 16 and Over
3 x week for 30 minutes for 4 weeks.
Then 2 x week for 1 year. Keep track of progress and do tests periodically.
I suggest 2 x week thereafter.
For continued success detox for 2 x week for the rest of your life.* With so much toxins in our environment it is important that you understand that you accumulate toxins daily in your body. If you have detoxed over a period of time and feel you need to stop for a season, obey that prompting and then resume when you feel your body needs detoxing.

Acute: In direct contact with contaminants: (Pollutions or poisonous substances, including airborne mists or down wind.
If you have been on heavy medications and on OTC drugs during your lifetime, then you have a toxic body. Use wisdom when detoxing. Our bodies respond differently. If you get dizzy during or after a detox session, you very well could be hypoglycemic. Stop and get something to eat and wait at least an hour, then continue. Next time eat 1 hour before your detox.
I have administered detox sessions to patients with open wounds. (Not bleeding open wounds.) Also direct contamination of poisons, sprays, toxic environment.

Side note: Just extra information: If you go to bed and sleep well and then wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep, your problem may well be your blood sugar.
I use this and I have recommended this to many of my patients:
Before going to bed, eat two table spoons of cottage cheese, not low fat, and no fruits. Also eat one slice of whole wheat bread with butter. This will provide good sources of protein, carbohydrate and fats. Sleep well
